Color Printer

The M451 also provides a productivity boost by seamlessly integrating with your current network, either through standard, built-in ethernet or wireless connectivity. The printer also allows for your users to print from anywhere using HP's ePrint technology.

(HP ePrint is a feature on some HP printers that allow users to print from tablets, smartphones, or any other internet connected device that can send an email. Each printer has a unique email address, and when a user wants to print a document remotely, doing so is as easy as emailing the document to your device's email address. The process also works for photos and any other material that can be emailed. This technology does not come standard on all HP printers or multifunction devices, please check specifications carefully.)

The HP LaserJet Pro 300/400 color MFP series includes two devices that feature 3.5-inch color touchscreen interfaces. The HP Pro 300 MFP M375 includes print, scan, copy and fax functionality, and, like the M451 printer mentioned above, it enables your business to produce high-quality color prints and marketing materials. The MFP M375 prints in both black and color at around 19 pages per minute.

The HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M475 is also a color multifunction that delivers the same multifunction capabilities as the M375, but with increased print speeds. It also includes standard duplexing and the ability to proactively manage office printing with HP Web Jetadmin.

Both the HP Pro 400 color M451 and the HP Pro 300/400 color MFP series are web-connected and support HP ePrint, HP Wireless Direct and Apple AirPrint, allowing your users to print anywhere their business might take them.

The HP Pro 300/400 color MFP series printers also include support for HP business apps, which enable you to access and print web content directly from the internet using the touchscreen display.

Both series of printers are due to debut in the United States on February 1, 2012.

Top Five Laser Printers For a Home Office

Top Five Laser Printers For a Home Office

When setting up a SOHO (small office, home office) and deciding to buy a printer, it is important that you keep the following points in mind:

- Printer size: SOHOs have to be extra efficient in utilizing space. You cannot pick up a bulky printer that you will not only have a tough time shifting across the room but will also take up space that you could have used for an extra desk and chair!

Color Printer

- Quality & Price: Modern technology allows you not to compromise on quality just because your budget is low. With a little survey of what laser printers are available in a particular range of prices, you can go for added goodies and discounts that can make the overall purchase pretty cheap.

Considering these factors, here are the top five laser printers in the less-than-0 range you could pick up for your home office:

- The Konica Minolta 1600W Laser Printer available at 0.12 with a discount on the product price of 9.00 is one hot-selling item. - But if you do need a color laser printer, just a tad higher is the Samsung CLP-315 Network Color Laser Printer at 5.27. The resolution is same as the Brother's at 2400x600 dpi though it prints a bit slower at 17ppm in mono and 4ppm in color. You get sharp laser text from a printer that's specifically 'quiet' with its 'No Nois' print engine technology. Its elegant black look matches with any SOHO decor!

- The HP LaserJet P1006 Monochrome Laser Printers 17PPM at 6.35 is worth every cent if compactness, low noise, low energy usage, quick cancellation and start-up are your priorities. It's HP's smallest laser printer though a monochrome one. The speed is 17 ppm with the first page zipping out in less than 8.5 seconds in Power Save Mode.

- If you can compromise a bit on resolution and want more speed, there's nothing quite like the Samsung ML-2571N Laser Printer. Need a color printer or black and white printer? What is your budget? Once you are well versed with their needs, next door, you must upgrade the technical aspects of a printer.

Color Printer

Printer types: The market is packed with various types of bar code printers, such as printers, scanners and Med-matrix printers, label printers, laser printers and ink jet printers. The latter company is the multifunction printer. For printing text documents, inkjet printers and dot matrix printers are an appropriate option. For printing graphics and images, color laser printers make the best choice. Printing large number of documents that directly affect the speed and cost of printing. However, if you're looking for then the quality of laser printers are adequate. Multifunction printers or All-In-One printer can print, scan and fax too. They are very cheap and suitable for any office

Resolution: The quality and clarity of printing depends on the resolution of the printer. Top of the dpi (dots per inch) for the best printing quality. A monochrome laser printer, which normally has a resolution of 600 by 600 dpi to 1200 by 1200 dpi while a color printer has a low range of resolution 1200 by 600 dpi to 2400 by 1200 dpi. High-end laser printers to give you the best resolution is that between 2400 by 1200 dpi to 2400 by 2400 dpi. If your work requires professional ultra bright, clear printing of text and graphics, you should opt for a high resolution printer.

Speed: The speed of a printer is measured by the number of printed pages per minute (ppm). Inkjet and laser printers have three levels of quality, that is, the project settings, normal and best. Print speed is on the decrease with the increase in the level of quality. A reasonably priced ink-jet printer has a speed of approximately 28 ppm for black text and about 20 ppm for color graphics. A typical color laser printer in the other party has a speed of between 6-20 ppm for black text and 12 ppm for color graphics.

Paper Handling: In general all printers have the ability to print on standard paper, with letter and legal sizes. Most printers have personal input and output paper trays for paper handling facility. Paper-handling capabilities of inkjet printers is lower than laser printers. Purchase of inkjet printers by reloading the paper tray with more frequency than in a laser printer. High-end printers have a better paper handling and have an available option for both sides printing and printing on tabloid-sized papers too. If your need for printing is above average, to buy printers that have high capacity for handling paper and verify that the printer should print without bending or folding the sheet.

Report: High-capacity memory helps to increase the speed of the printer and it is very beneficial to the needs of printing graphics. If you are planning to change your printer with a printer of high memory, review your current printer for memory expansion. Some printers have the option to upgrade the memory. It is advisable to buy everything in one printer with large memory capacity and greater functionality.

Connectivity and compatibility: Buy a printer that is compatible with your system. Also check that the printer has software that matches your network if you plan to install a printer from working. Buy printers that have a USB port so that they can be easily connected. USB 2.0 connectivity provides faster than USB 1.1 port. To fulfill their needs for network printing, it is necessary to have an Ethernet port.

Compare prices: Review and compare prices before buying a printer. Calculate the gross expenditure, which includes cost of the printer, the cost of packing and shipping cost. Often dealers add hidden fees to the cost of the printer after you place the order. Compare the cost with other vendors before making the final agreement. To meet their printing needs in its budget, buy multifunction printer that meet their need for a scanner, fax and printer.

Buy online: for the safety of the printer shopping online, be sure to ask everything regarding mode of payment services, technical support, warranties, guarantees, shipping policy, private and the policy of return policy . Buy only reliable printers distributors to make sure you are buying genuine high-quality printers and not the duplicate ones.
